Mounia Elhilali becomes CEO of IKEA Czech, Hungary and Slovakia

Deputy CEO of IKEA France Mounia Elhilali will be the new CEO of IKEA Czech, Hungary and Slovakia beginning 1 September, replacing the current CEO, Mark Feltl. Ms Elhilali has worked for IKEA for ten years, beginning as a store manager in Malaga. Later on, she worked as Deputy Director of IKEA France and was responsible for ten stores. Before joining IKEA, she worked in various positions for Decathlon in France, the US, Spain and Argentina. Working as a shop assistant initially, she was promoted to purchasing manager and was also responsible for import, export and customs duties in the US. Before joining IKEA, she worked as a store manager in Spain.
